Super great office and doctor!

I have no idea what the person ahead of me is talking about, Dr. Musgrove's staff is possibly the friendliest doctor's office staff I've ever met. They return phone calls, they schedule as quickly as possible, and are very knowledgable. As for dressing professionally, they wear scrubs.. I don't think thats unprofessional. They have personality, which I find refreshing when I'm waiting to be seen. I have never noticed anything other than manicured hands. I think the previous poster went to a different office.

• Pros: Knowledgable and sympathetic staff and physician, return phone calls promptly, easy to get ahold of.
• Cons: Takes some time to get in as new patient. Parking is a bit tight at times.

Horrible Treatment from his Staff -STAY AWAY

I saw Dr. Musgrove and he has a horribly rude office staff. They are rude to their clients...They have hung up the phone on me....Overcharged me on my visit and have never corrected it (which is basically stealing my money). They are rude and dress very unprofessional. The girl who checked me in had DIRTY FINGERNAILS! This is a doctors office and you would expect some degree of professionalism...however his entire staff lacks any ounce of professionalism.

Dr. Musgrove needs to fire all of his staff and hire some nice people that care about HIS patients. I will NOT be returning to this Doctors office.

I recommend you STAY FAR - FAR AWAY from his office until he gets a better, clean, and caring staff.

• Cons: rude staff, overcharged my credit card and never refunded, horrible staff
