I've been coming with my girl for over a year, and it's a great way for us to spend some time together getting fit. This is something we can stick with because it's fun, affordable, and doesn't take longer than 45 minutes for the both of us. Actually having an appointment with someone is a good motivation. Plus, we're usually the only ones in there. We all know about lines for machines and people who grunt loudly, stink or stare. KPT has none of that because it's just you and your trainer.

This truly is the most efficient workout I have ever had, and I feel healthier every week. Highly recommended.
