CON ARTIST. ELITE IS ACTUALLY THE SAME BUSINESS AS CAP-CITI PAINTING AND HOME REPAIR, JUST UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME I ASSUME BECAUSE THEY HAVE SO MANY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS.

Sadly, with good faith, my husband paid Joe Campos in full before the job was finished. Campos was always late or didn't show up at all when he started the job. He has yet to complete our contract, 5 months later, and I have sent off a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Of course neither company, Elite nor Cap-Citi, both run by Joe Campos, have responded. Next step of recourse for us is small claims.

DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU...DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY AND SPREAD THE WORD!!!

THIS COMPANY SHOULD LOOSE ITS LICENSE!!

warning false accusations against this company!!!. ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION!!! To all consumers It has come to my attention the there have been false reviews entered against Elite Painting & Home Repair!! The users jmarcus1 and ramdaman were never customers of that company!! The attorneys for the company are in the process of locating these two users or user if it is the same person. These users cannot produce any documentation of payment, estimate or receipt for payment. Mr Campos not done any work for Elite since the end of May 2007!! For those of you placing false accusations against this company BEWARE YOU WILL BE FOUND AND DEALT WITH!!!

PAINTER IN SHEEPS CLOTHING. HIRED JOE THREE WEEKS AGO AND MAN TAKES MY CHECK FOR MATERIALS SHOWS UP LATE TO DAYS IN A ROW BUT ALSO HELPS HIMSELF TO MY REFRIGERATOR AND WAS CAUGHT SNOOPING AROUND HOUSE. JOES WORK WAS SO POOR I HAVE STREAKS ON MY WALLS AND NEVER RETURNED TO TOUCH UP LIKE PROMISED.. POOR WORK ETHIC AND UNRELIABLE CONTRACTOR.......

CONSUMERS BEWARE. JOE HAS VERY POOR SERVICE DOES LIKE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO GOOD WORK OR RETURN PHONE CALLS TO HONOR WARRENTY AND HAS NO INSURANCE LIKE HE CLAIMS.

PLEASE BE SMART DONT HIRE!!!!

Took my money & ran. I hired Joe Campos to completely redo my backyard fence (steel posts and cedar pickets) back on Feb 05, 2007. The job was supposed have been completed in 10 days - by Feb 15, 2007, however, it was not. Joe didn't even call to update me on the delay. I had to call him to figure out what was going on. He completed the majority of the work 2 days later. I say majority of the work because the final piece of the job is still not done - installing the latch on the gate & clearing the debris. When Joe received the final payment for the job he wrote down on the receipt that the latch would be installed by Mar 23, 2007. I have tried to get a hold of him since then but have not been able to get through. Joe also has not returned any of my calls.

Last week, two sides of my fence collapsed. Upon inspection of the steel posts I saw that they had snapped at the cement line. I tried to get a hold of Joe again to request him to honor the warranty on his contract. Again, I was not able to get through. He has yet to respond to my message.

I firmly believed in supporting local Austin businesses and even paid Joe a premium for his services. (He wasn't the cheapest bid). However, this is my second such poor experience with contracting out jobs. I think I will seek out more established national chains for any future work I will have done around my house.

Honest, Affordable, and Professional. Short and sweet! This company showed up when they were scheduled they were very professional and affordable. They repaired and painted the exterior of my home. I could not be more pleased with the work that was completed. I will be using them to paint the interior of my home towards the end of the summer. I like to say Thanks for a job well done Joe and crew! Look forward to our future projects! D-Alexander

detail oriented, accurate, professional, and efficient.. Great company for your home repairs and painting we had some remodeling projects in our home. Mr Campos was quite thorough in his work on the project. The members of his team were very polite and courteous. This company was very competitive in their pricing and stood by there work. We would recommend this company to anyone with a home project that needs to be done with accuracy and efficiency! Thank you guys for your hard work!!! Mr. and Mrs. Patterson

Worst contractors I ever used. Don't waste your time or your money. These guys are completely unreliable. They took 4 weeks to do a 2 day job, and they did a very poor job at that. They don't return phone calls either, once they had half my money up front. I would be shocked if they EVER got repeat business.

Look no further excellent company to do business with!!!!!. Let me start by saying Thanks to Mr. Campos and his team for making this project an excellent experience. I contacted this company to paint the interior and exterior of my home. From day 1 one Mr. Campos and his team were very professional and courteous. The original estimate was not the lowest, but Mr. Campos matched my lowest estimate. The work done was excellent and very detailed and on top of that they finished the project a day and half early!! The team made sure that my wife and I were completely satisfied with the finished project. This is the absolute best experience I have ever had with any contractor and would recommend them to anyone!! GREAT COMPANY!!! THANKS JOE AND TEAM..

excellent customer service. The whole crew was very professional. They are reliable always on time and no to mention there work is top notch. i have recommended to my parents to remodel some investment property that they purchased i will use them in the future.
