They didn't actually deliver flowers that were ordered for Valentine's Day. Nor did they call my husband to tell him they could not find the building or that there was a problem. He asked at 4pm if I had received them, and I had not. I was in tears. Shallow of me? Perhaps, but it happens. They did not make it by 5pm, either. I got them next morning, and they were nice and all, but I strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this place if you want to actually receive your flowers.
Pros: Flowers looked OK in the end when finally delivered a day late
Cons: Did not deliver on Valentine's Day, Did not call to say there was problem, Made me cry
