Best delivery service

The people here try their best to satisfy every customer. I order from here every couple of weeks when I'm indisposed and the cost is hardly more than the amount of money I would spend on gas to drive to the restaurant. A + value!
- Pros: prompt delivery, good customer service
- Cons: sometimes the drivers are backed up
slow delivery, bad customer service

That about does it. You get what you pay for I guess.
- Pros: Cheap
- Cons: slow delivery, bad customer service, food was cold

Despite what others write on this, i myself have ordered from longhorn delivery and have have forgot how my life would be without this service. I conviently have food ordered to my office and my employees everyday and the office manager (Chris Hollis) makes sure no detail is over looked, from napkins and utensils to pleasant emails hopeing to continue service.
I love this service and HORRAH to those brave office workers @ longhorn Delivery
- Pros: the people
- Cons: nothing!
Ask how many drivers they have FIRST, then start waiting, and waiting

I ordered for a dozen co-workers one evening. I had to call because the website doesn't work. I told them before I ever ordered I had a lot of people. Only after I gathered all the orders did they bother to tell me they had only one driver. The guy on the phone told it it would take about 1:15. 1:10 later, he emailed to say he had JUST ordered. Three hours after my first call, we had our food. Longhorn blamed the restaurant. They got my total wrong, charged me for a tip that was not disclosed anywhere on the website, and completely ignored a letter I mailed (that Chris Hollis signed for). Bad service and refusal to take any responsibility. ZERO STARS.
- Pros: It they did what they promised, great concept
- Cons: They don't do what they promise

This place is a life saver when I'm too busy to do anything but study. Also good when I'm too lazy to go anywhere. Just think of something and they'll bring it to you.
