In 2007 we did demolition flooring work for CHICO the owner of serenity pools and he has not paid us.....he closed up shop and changed contact numbers so no one can reach him. We would never do this to our customers and I want our money CHICO! If anyone knows of where this great owner has set up shop email me please! I bet iI can guess why it is he went out of business....if this is how he operates who could tell! We own a company and take pride in doing things correctly for our clients. There would be no clients if we started this type of operating. I am not only upset that he took advantage of us but it took food off of our table. Since I cannot seem to find him I want to let everyone know what a snake he is. It is a shame that people exist in the world like this.I be darned if he will get away with this because my next step will be to file with the county clerks office! We had been talking to several pool companies before taking the Serenity pool as our pool builder. We are very pleased with their work and enjoy our pool. There were three pools constructed in our street this summer. We are the most happy one. We had water problem in our backyard when the pool construction started. They had to stop the work to let our home builder fix the drainage issue. Two weeks later, they came back and installed the pool at no time. We like the pool and the sun deck. They are honest and considering during the time we have to change the pool design several times. They gave us a full credit for the projects no longer needed (e.g. retention wall near the back of pool and rock extraction) and expended our patio at a reasonable price. Over all, we like the pool and their service. They are fare and honest people. The only thing we are not satisfied is the water fall feature. They should chose a better material.
