Great massages, great service, and great people. I was greeted by a warm receptionist who was helpful in booking my appointment and explaining the different types of massages to me. Then taken back into the rooms the therapist made me feel really comfortable, as he gave me plenty of time to get relaxed. The massage was perfect deep tissue. I have been to expensive spas here in Austin and found Massage Harmony to give the same strength massage as the others. I have bought one of their packages and have sent some of my friends from out of town in on it. Unlike other places where I had to buy I membership, I can share my massages.
Pros: Great massage, good people, no UPSALES

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Do NOT be fooled by this place. I've been to a lot of massage places, and the reason I used to go to this place is because it was close to my house. The place is nice looking and trendy, and the prices look low, but don't be fooled. That's because they expect you to add at least a $10, 15, or 20 dollar gratuity. I believe in fairness, and if I receive a good massage, I will centainly tip. I am by no means a deadbeat. But I have received too many bad massages from this place. MANY of the therapists don't know what they're doing. I have had some good therapists here, but honestly, if you go to this place 10 times, you might get 3 good massages and 7 mediocre ones.... To top it off, I was actually told by a receptionist that "If this keeps happening" (meaning if there's no tip for bad massages) that therapists will not work with you anymore. They subtly pressure customers into tipping. I have frequented massage places for many years, so I am able to compare this place to many others I have been to, and believe me, this is a place where the customer is LAST. After I was told that "If this keeps happening", the therapists won't work with you, I left that place more stressed out than when I entered. I'm an honest person who believes in fairness, and that people should be tipped for doing a good service, but I don't enjoy being RIPPED OFF!!!! Why should someone be pressured into tipping even more for a mediocre massage? It's ridiculous! As someone who receives massages frequently (once a week for the past few years), I would recommend finding a real massage place and paying 50 or 60 dollars (which is what you spend after a tip here anyway), and getting a better massage, and going to a place where the customer actually matters!! I will NEVER, ever, go here again!!!!!! Beware!!!!!!! This place is absolutely horrible!!!!!!
