Our air conditioner went out the evening of the 49th day of 100 degrees and above this summer. The next day was also supposed to be over 100. We called that next morning before they opened and left a message figuring it could be a couple of days before anyone could come and worried about what it would cost. They called about 8:00 and said someone could be there at about 10:30 THAT morning. They arrived shortly after 10:00. There was a wiring problem that they carefully analyzed and quickly fixed. We were paying them at 10:30. It cost the same amount of them coming out! (At this writing that cost is $55!) This is the best service I have EVER had from a repair service. If I could give them a score of 6 (out of 5), I would.

Luke and has associates were very responsive and gave a quote that was over $500 below other contractors. They had someone out to assess the problem the day I called and had completed the entire A/C system by the close of business the following day. They did what they said they would do and were friendly and accessible. This was completed in July 2008, during peak season. I would be eager to do business with this company again.
Pros: Least amount to complete the work, very quick and efficient, upgraded the control panel at no charge.
Cons: None.
