Wow! What a nice experience! Derek arrived promptly at scheduled time, and soon began moving my furniture to clean my carpets. That in itself was great since I was home with a 1 and 3 year old and didn't have time to move the furniture prior to him coming. He seemed to treat my carpets like they were his own, paying special attention to high traffic areas and newly aquired stains from new puppy:) Having 2 cats, 2 dogs and 2 boys with cream colored carpets, I thought having spotless carpets was unattainable. I just had to smile. After he left, it looked almost like it did when we moved in! Thank you so much Absolute Service, looks like I'll never need to call another carpet cleaning service again.

Friendly and professional! It is rare these days to find contractors with those qualities. My white carpet looks new again. Let's keep it that way, so I'll see you soon.
