not happy. I have tried to order from them twice now. The 1st time was last week on a wednesday around 7:30pm. I get a call ten minutes later from the dispatcher saying that it would take up to 2hrs to get my food. So I just canceled my order. The 2nd time was tonight at the same time, and again I get a call from the dispatcher telling me the same thing. The pizza delivery guy is faster then dine on demand.

Great Delivery Service. I have been using Dine on Demand in the round rock area- They are great ! I dont have to drag the kids out- Delivery fee is affordable. I love the convenience !

Great Service and Friendly staff. I tried this service for the first time this week and I was amazed that there was even a service like this out there. I wasn't feeling well and decided to order in and watch a movie. They had one of my favorite restaurants, Romeo's, on their website and ordered the Shrimp Scampi -- amazing dish that is linguini tossed with butter, shrimp and garlic. So delicous! They even put in their yummy rolls with garlic butter.

I ordered online and had my food delivered to my door by a friendly delivery driver in about 40 minutes. He even asked if I needed plasticware -- it's the little things that make the big difference.

Thanks for providing a great service to Austin and will definitely recommend and use you again in the near future.
