Betsy's Bar

Horrible Venue, Rude Staff. I will never go back into this Bar. Promoter Richard A lied to us about the venue, lied about the band showcases, was very rude to our band and neither I, nor anyone I know will ever go into this place again. I agree with the other posters of these reviews - They need to get their act together or they are going to find themselves out of business way to quick. There are too many awesome bars to be dealing with their crap.…

Terrible Place with Terrible Staff. Went here to see a friend's show and was UNPLEASANTLY surprised. A dumpy place, with a dumpy little stage with a crappy sound system, and on top of that, they lied to my friend's band, told them there would be other bands there playing, and that they had a PA. Well, they had a mixer - That was it. They had no cables, no mics, no stands, nothing. When my friend's band asked for some help in setting up their house "sound system" they were told by the promoter Richard A that "if they couldn't figure it out, they could f-ing leave".

What a JERK. Because of him I'll never be going back to this place. Get some quality staff and learn how to treat bands Betsy's - There are too many other good places in town to be dealing with your dumpy little establishment.…

WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!. i have never been more disprespected by a so called manager. We asked for well double rum and diets and when he gave us the bar tab he claimed that the well was bacardi. Never in my life has the well ever been bacardi and he proceeded to charge us $50 for 3 drinks.

When my friend approached him and confronted him about the situation he got hostile and rude which led my friend to flick him off. He proceeded by saying that he would cut his finger off if he kept waving it off. this is not how i would imagine a so called manager to act. we have been coming to this bar for the past 4 years and never have we paid this much for well drinks and never have we been treated like this.

i know see why this bar is so empty at times. clearly the management does not want any customers and feels that they have to rip them off to survive.

NEVER GO TO THIS BAR. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AND THEN THREATEN YOU!!…
