Highly recommend Five Elements Acupuncture. I went to Five Elements Acupuncture seeking a way to address the core issues behind my health problems. As a middle aged man, I suffer from depression, and chronic pain due to a motorcycle accident. I was looking for natural treatment, and when I met Gabrielle I knew I was in the right place! The atmosphere relaxed me. Situated in a garden setting, with pleasant aromas and soothing decorations, it's clear Gabrielle has created a sanctuary where healing takes place. Though the atmosphere was relaxing, I also had the true sense that Gabrielle is a professional who puts her whole body, mind, and spirit into her art, and this instilled confidence straight away.

Gabrielle noticed that my sinuses were clogged, and she attended that as part of the treatment. My neck had been very painful, acute and chronic. During the treatment I melted into the most deep relaxation, also, I felt a true sense of peace and calm. This calm was so profound, it was a beautiful contrast to the hypertension that I live with! Gabrielle maid a precise herbal mix for me, which I took home. Now this is where the experience intensified. On the way home I noticed a new feeling, one of freedom and balance, it's kind of hard to explain, and my sinuses started to clear too. I could still smell the oils Gabrielle had used on me, and it really seemed to lift my spirits; one of those smells that you keep sniffing because it's so pleasant! When I got home, I realized that I could move my head from side to side without pain, and roll my neck... it was so great that I kept doing that like a little kid with a new toy. I drank the herbal mixture as directed, and I thought it tasted good. I felt calm, at peace, which fostered a new sense of happiness, and perhaps best of all, I slept deeper than I have in years! I would highly recommend Five Elements Acupuncture! Gabrielle loves her work, she listens, and is truly gifted in her practice!

I feel like a new woman !. I started seeing Gabrielle about four months ago for issues related to my traditional cancer treatment, some depressions, asthma, and general ennui. I had never tried acpuncture and Chinese herbal medicine before so was unsure if it would help me or not. What a wonderful surprise! I feel like a new woman now after having nine treatments. I have much more energy, a far more positive outlook, more patience, a lot more energy, less pain, less interupted sleep, better lung function, and improved focus. And all that without the side effects of conventional therapies which is all that traditional medicine would have offered me. I have recommended Gabrielle to several friends. If they get 1/2 the results I had, they will owe me big time!

Horrible Periods? Five Elements is for You.. The first time I saw Gabrielle at Five Elements was for a chronic sore throat in January of 2005. I'd had the flu and gotten over it, but the sore throat persisted for a month. Out of frustration, I asked Gabrielle if acupuncture could possibly help. She just smiled and did her thing. My sore throat was completely gone two days later. Come to think of it, I haven't been sick since then. Hmmm.

But the ailment she's been helping me with the most is my formerly horrible, awful, interminable, clot-heavy periods. I'm 47 years old, I said to Gabrielle. I shouldn't even be HAVING periods, much less these nightmarish periods where I can't leave the house for days. (I don't want to get too graphic, but "gross" is an understatement.)

Again she smiled and disappeared into the herbarium, only to reappear in a little while with a Chinese herbal container full of some mysterious powder substance I was to add to hot water and drink like a tea, twice a day, on certain days prior to my period starting, and report back every symptom I had during my next period so she could alter the formula if necessary.

Suffice to say I've been nothing short of amazed. My periods are less painful, shorter, and best of all, mostly clot-free. Hooray for Gabrielle and Five Elements! Hooray for me!

Highly recommended. Especially if you still have your period and wish you didn't.

Highly Recommended. highly recommended: I have been seeing Gabrielle regularly for a couple of years. Not only do these visits keep me well physically, but I feel balanced, rested and energetic. On those occasions when I get allergies or menstrual problems, she's right there with the herbs to fix me up.

Very glad I found this place!. Very glad I found this place!: I don't like needles, but I gathered the strength to try acupuncture for my back pain and lack of energy I'd been experiencing for weeks on end. Gabrielle was very inviting, and explained the process to me very thoroughly. The experience was virtually painless, and before all of the needles were in, I felt at ease and euphoric :), as if I could feel the negative energies escaping in the form of pressure leaving my body - a soothing experience. I am now very relaxed and my back pain improved dramatically after one visit. Also, I'm still feeling energetic from the treatment. I'm looking forward to my next treatment with Gabrielle.

My headaches have diminished greatly.. Very relaxing: I just started seeing Gabrielle in May for headaches and migraines. I have a very busy schedule and she is very accommodating to that. During my first visit and each subsequent visit she listened at length to how I was doing and any new complaints I had. She treats the body as a whole and not just one symptom. Through my sessions my headaches have diminished greatly.

The best decision of my life!. Natural Feeling of Euphoria: For more than three years I have spent an appalling amount of money attempting to alleviate the multiple symptoms related to my health problems, including cluster & migraine headaches. The acupuncture sessions with Gabrielle gave me almost instant relief from the pain & tightness thought my whole body for several days. I can feel & physically see an overall improvement in my health (back pain, headaches, facial muscle tension, neckshoulder tightness, digestive problems, sleep deprivation) & quality of life. Acupuncture sessions with Gabrielle have, hands down, been the best decision & investment (timemoney) of my life.

Thanks very much Gabrielle!. It is amazing how much better I have been feeling after only 5 acupuncture sessions with Gabrielle from Five Elements.

I had been experiencing cough problems on and off for a year now due to allergies. With the treatment I am already feeling much better and my cough is not as intense as it used to be.

I know I will still need a few more sessions because we believe my case seems to be chronic, but based on the progress so far, I am sure I will be all better in no time.

Very peaceful, highly recommended. I've been going to see Gabrielle at Five Elements Acupuncture since I had spinal surgery last year. I initially went for my chronic neck pain. A few sessions with her did more than any traditional physical therapy or massage and I'm feeling better than ever. She's even helped my messed up knees, and sleep issues. Gabrielle also has a western medicine background, so her treatment and advice are the best of both worlds. My husband is a medical doctor and I was skeptical, but her treatments and herbs are very effective. My allergies are even better this year. Gabrielle is very warm and an excellent listener. She takes a book of notes when you first meet so she can figure out the best plan. The treatment space is a lovely sunroom surrounded by a garden. Very peaceful, highly recommended. Her prices are also excellent considering the other games in town and the value you receive.

Recommend for anyone seeking a well qualified acupuncturist and herbalist.. I began seeking assistance from Gabrielle at Five Elements Acupuncture in 2006 for allergies. The customized herbal formulas that she compounded for me have been very helpful in relieving my allergies and addressing other health concerns. Gabrielle is very knowledgeable and personable which makes for a great practitioner of the healing arts. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a well qualified acupuncturist and herbalist.
