AWFUL! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! (Note: We actually ordered our windows through the Burnet location, but if you click "View Website" you'll see it's the same business...so I thought I'd post here too.) We ordered our windows the first week of March, and as you can see by the date of this review it is nearly July, and we STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR WINDOWS! Furthermore, Window World never called use to tell us what was going on. If I wanted to get a status update I either had to call them and hope someone would answer the phone, or I had to drive to the store to find out what was going on. Then finally, last week our windows (and we only ordered 3) showed up. The installers came to the house to do the work, and then promptly disappeared without a word. We had no idea what happened! Yet again, zero communication from the company and we had to contact the store in order to find out that the windows didn't fit and that Window World was going to have to order new ones. When I called the corporate office and spoke to one of the owners, I was promised that we would have our windows the next week and that they would call me the very next by 10am to confirm everything. The next day came and went, and yet again I got no phone call. I called them the following day and requested a full refund. So, 4 months later I'm back to square one with rotted windows that desperately need to be replaced. Thanks for nothing Window World!

wow is all i can say. so, the wife and i were in the process of getting estimates for replacement windows and decided to give these guys a call because we've seen them advertise in tv. big mistake. the salesman showed up 45 minutes late, which would've be fine if he'd at least given a call, but he didn't. to make matters worse he didn't even apologize. when asking questions that i thought he should know, he skirted around them and never gave me direct answers. very unprofessional and not at all confidence inspiring. if i had read the reviews on here, i would have never called these clowns to begin with. however, that being said, the reviews of another window company (highest rated i believe) lead me to a decision that i not only am overjoyed with but also have not one regret. the salesman was a true professional, extremely knowledgable and applied zero aggressive sales tactics. we are in love with the windows...not to mention, this company donated 3% of the job cost to a charity very close to our hearts. reviews speak volumes....and it seems as if window worlds 5 star reviews were made up by someone thats affiliated to them...just check the dates.

Blatant. Wow is all I can say, and that is not good. I'm shopping for new doors and windows for my home and this business clearly is posting false reviews. All those posts on 10/16 and 9/25 don't seem suspicious? Not to mention all of these "reviewers" only reviewed these guys and used the same wording and phrasing. I was planning on contacting this business, but this is a HUGE red flag. If they need to spend the time setting up false accounts then they clearly have some issues they are covering up. Thanks to eddie_tayor for a REAL review and thanks eddie for keeping me from potentially making a big mistake.

Incomplete. Window World came and replaced all of our windows. We had many issues from broken window frames to mis-sized windows. The mis-sized windows were all ready torn out and big pieces of plywood were placeholder for THREE weeks on the main front windows of our house. After several return trips, they final got all the windows installed but the caulking around the windows was terrible. Even after many phone calls I could not get them to come back. If you uses them keep at least 25% until 3 months after the job is complete.

Thanks for a job well done!. Thank you for a job well done. Your product and explanation of value was on target for today's market. Your installation crew led by Rob was superb. The boys were gentlemanly, on time, and were thorough with their work, clean up, and customer care. They did a fantastic job replacing termite eaten wood below the long extended family room windows. They finish the outside with trimwork that make the wall look handsome. I can freely recommend your product and work to anyone looking for excellent value.

Courteous Staff, Informative, Helpful. Everyone has been very nice. The installer was courteous, cooperative, and the work done exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend Window World to a friend.
