i walked in to Cristi Trusler's office not knowing if I was coming or going, It was such an emotional time and I didn't know where to begin. Cristi educated me on my options guided me and made me comfortable with a plan for my daughter and I. The T&M firm is pleasant and calm from the minute you walk in, they are good about returning your emails and phone calls. All together very professional but very personable at the same time. I was grateful!

Trusler firm helped me get through my divorce

I chose the Trusler firm because I wanted to follow a collaborative divorce process. Unfortunately, that's not how it played out, and the negotiations became prolonged, complicated and threatened to become very expensive (if they progressed to litigation). Cristi did a great job of leading us through a mediated settlement agreement that addressed all of our issues in a way that was fair - I won some battles, and conceded others...but in the end we were able to get this matter finished and closed without litigation and for what were reasonable legal expenses. I appreciate that Cristi and her team kept me up to date, returned my calls and emails promptly, and were very responsive. They made a bad life experience very tolerable.

Protected my young daughter

My divorce was very stressful and sad. More than anything, I was concerned about how it was going to affect my young daughter. Cristi Trusler found a creative settlement for us and we were able to avoid nasty litigation. Best of all, it spared my daughter any unnecessary emotional distress.

I can't recommend her highly enough.

Helped me find a reasonable solution

I was devastated when my wife left me and took our 2 kids. To make matters worse, she wouldn't talk to me or let me speak to my kids. When I came to see Trusler & Associates, I was very angry and I was determined that I was going to "get even". They helped me focus on what was important ? my kids. We were able to put together a plan for joint custody and because of their hard work, the kids are doing well and we both get to spend quality time with them. I'm very thankful that they helped me find a reasonable solution to my situation.
