was not impressed. I have really long hair and just wanted a trim all my stylist wanted to do is chop it off and acted like it was a crime to have such long hair. She did cut my hair too short and the trust is gone. will never go back again

Excellent customer service!. Kim at Razmataz created a stunning updo hairstyle for me for my wedding, and I received compliments on it throughout the entire day. Not only was she a pleasure to work with, visiting the salon was a positive experience overall, including great customer service and a comfortable, beautiful interior. The best part? Kim was able to understand my attempts at describing what I wanted, and I ended up feeling and looking beautiful on my wedding day!
