DO NOT Get Your Haircut at This Place !!!!. This place is TERRIBLE !! My 12 year old daughter got a really bad haircut at Hairscape 2000 that has made her life (as well as our entire family) miserable for the past few weeks. My daughter now cries about her hair every day. The hairdresser who cut her hair wasn't paying attention because she was too busy talking to somebody else the entire time she was cutting my daughter's hair. She gave my daughter a crooked haircut and cut off WAY TOO MUCH. My daughter used to have beautiful long hair and now it just looks goofy. She was inconsolable and crying nonstop for the first 7 days after the bad haircut. She is a bashful, sweet girl who had been so upset about her hair, she felt the need to go back to the salon to tell them what they had done and to possibly get her $10 back. The lady at the front desk (who said she was the Owner! but I'm pretty sure she was not the Owner and they were not being truthful) did not once apologize to her and just told her to wait. My daughter waited but nobody came to help her. So I went into the salon myself to explain again what had happened to my daughter. The Owner still did not apologize to me or to my daughter. After we had left the salon more upset than before, I called them on the phone to talk to the Owner, who could barely speak English. So I asked to talk to somebody who could speak English. They were both very RUDE. All they kept asking me was 'what I wanted'. All I wanted was an apology and a little sympathy for my daughter, which SHE NEVER GOT. They proceeded to give me a hard time and laughed me off. The Owner and Manager of Hairscape 2000 in Round Rock are very Rude, Uncaring, and Extremely Unsympathetic people. I would NOT recommend this hair salon to anybody. Unless you want a crooked and too short haircut and RUDE hairstylists.

NO NO NONO. First off the place is nice it's a hole in the wall but whatever. My problem is with the hairstylists. They are not nice, they are rude you ask a question and they are snippy. Maybe they were having a bad day. But I will no longer be going there.
