Not so ethical?. I have been here many times for oil changes and vehicle inspections, but I won't be going back. The last vehicle inspection I had, they told me my windshield wipers were streaking, and they would not pass my vehicle unless I replaced the wipers. My wipers were streaking, but it was barely noticable. Since I didn't know the safety regulation on this, I had to get their wipers ($20) in order to get my sticker. However, when I checked the state's website later, I found no regulation which would have kept them from passing my vehicle. Here's the state's reg - "Wiper is incapable of adequately cleaning the windshield."

Liars. I used to trust this place because they always did a good job. I dont know what happened to them. The 2 out of 3 times I've had to deal with Ramon for an oil change. One time he failed to put any oil back in to my car after charging me to flush it out. He also puts on the invoice that he did stuff that he didn't actually do. Constantly tried to get me to do the more expensive oil change when I had already said no. While working on my car, stopped to go and eat some breakfast tacos. Hence the reason half the stuff that was supposed to be done was skipped.
