Great Service!. I called yesterday, (last minute) but was able to get an appointment for today. When the technician arrived he walked though the house with me discussing everything to me very clearly including the cost. He was here about 2 hours and did a fantastic job, my carpets look great. He treated some pet urine spots and said he may have to come back another day to reclean these areas. I was very impressed and will recommend this company to anyone. The price was fair and the service was great.

Don't Use!. I live in Round Rock and I was not happy at all with their cleaning. A friend had told me to use Chem Dry, but they didn't tell me there was more than one and I must have called the wrong one. I found out that this company has only been in business a few years. Their pricing was way to high for the quality of cleaning that I got. My carpets don't look any better than they did before I had them cleaned. Their cleaning process didn't seem any different than a steam cleaner, they still had the big truck thing and all the hoses through my house. They were also late for my appointment.
