BEST TATTOO SHOP IN TEXAS. I moved down here from California a few years back and I am an INK junkie.I love Tattoos.I have 10 now so I have been to a shop or two in my time.Anyway I went to Austin like everyone said to and I was disappointed by the losers up there Tattooing.I am sure they arent all like that,but the ones I went to were.

Anyway I was thinking I was gonna have to get ink when I went home to visit.The I met Daphne in class and she told me that she went to a shop in San Marcos,that was awesome.I asked her why and she said the people she met there seemed to really care about you.And she got an awesome tat.Well I saw it and it was I aint much for the tat she got myself,but WOW!! Nice.

So the next weekend we drive to San Marcos, ( it aint that far) And I go into Monster Tattoo and the first thing I see is a pugy old dude behind the counter yelling at everybody in the shop.I am thinking what is this? When Daphne tells me that he is one of the owners.And thats how he puts people at ease and makes them feel like they are part of his family.Well I am a little leary,but I go up to talk to him and I find out he knows EXACTLY what he is doing and so does everyone at Monster Tattoo.I got a custom drawn tat of the Virgin De Guadalupe by this guy named Richard and it was INCREDIBLE.And he only charged me 250 for a piece that covers my lower forearm.I mean its big.Anyway I think that my whole experience there was cool I met everybody at the shop and they all seem very professional...well except for SLY he definitely aint professional.......,he teases people has fun with people and makes you feel like he is glad that you personally are there,and that may be the best form of professionallism....dont you think.To take your money and make you glad you gave it? I have a new Tattoo shop MONSTER TATTOO in San Marcos,and if you want to be treated right maybe you should have a new shop too.
