UGLY NAILS. This salon is very unprofessional..My nail tech didn't understand anything I said to her and then I ended up with chipped nails and holes in the top layer of my nails. When I went back to show the manager my nails she said "that is what you paid for"..I regret paying cash I should have put it on my credit card so that I could have cancelled my payment because I had to pay someone else to file and fix my newly done nails..Never again will I give them the time of day..

BEST PLACE IN AUSTIN. Very Very Clean, friendly, perfectionists!!!!!!!!! I recommend this to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LILLY AND STAFF!
