I like the new salon. I just can't understand why she doesn't return calls. My friends and I used to see Rafaella about once every 5-6 weeks, but it's too much work trying to get her to call us back for appointments. When I need my hair done, I can't wait another 2-3 weeks for a return call to set up an appointment. That's just too long in between. I guess this is more of a hobby for her than a business. We've since moved on to another salon in the area.
