Great fish!. The food is really good, and fresh. Try the top shelf margarita, its not a mix like other places. My favorite so far is the Mahi Mahi Alexander. The service is quick and courteous.

terrible food. Had not been to Fish Daddys for about 5 years. What a disappointment. Picked up food to go. Got the New England clam chower -- got it home and it had red tortilla chips and corn in it, not sure that there were any clams. The crabcakes were full of filler and some spicy unnamed ingredient. The seafood fondue had no taste at all. Will NEVER go back!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible Experience!!!. I've ate at Fish Daddy's many times this time I had a bad experience!

Was informed that seating was approx. 30 min. for a party of 6. Waited almost an hour. Seen 2 other parties of 5 that came in after us was seated before us. Ask hosted why those people were seated before us. She stated that she tried to find us. I informed her that was not possible because my party was by the door the whole time. Luckily the manager was there! When seated the waiter took our order for appetizers. which we had to keep on asking him about when it was going to be served.. He stated that the calamari did not look good so he sent them back to have the cook redo. Ask about the hush puppies never seen that order until we were almost done with the order! Everyone was served except one our party. Ask another waiter about his order and he got the manager. At that time we ask what happen to his order everyone else had been served approx. 15 mins. earlier and he had not been served his meal???? We also told him that we ordered hush puppies and ask about that order several time got no response!!! Finally when we were all done with our meal they brought the appetizer. The manager kept stating that he was going to take care of us. Don't Understand what that meant.

Just had my first and LAST experience with this awful place. My husband and I called in a to-go order to the Fish Daddy's in Pfluggerville. The waitress behind the bar where we picked up our order was polite enough. By the time we got home the food as getting cold (it was 30 degrees outside and we had a 15 min drive home because we live in Austin) so I decided to take my "chicken breast" out of my sandwish and warm it up a little. When I opened the sandwich and saw the meat, it was very obviously FISH and not chicken! I HATE FISH!!! That's why I ordered the damn chicken! I called and talked to a manager about what happened. I told her that my husband was very upset that he had to make an extra 30 min drive AND spend our gas money to get there and she sounded like she didn't give a crap...didn't even apologize or offer to refund us our money...She just said "Ok, we'll have a chicken sandwich ready for you when you get here." I think we should have at LEAST had the price of the sandwich refunded to us but, NO, these people couldn't even do that. I will NEVER spend my money at this crappy, half-assed excuse for a restaurant EVER again!

Great for the Price!. One time, after my husband and I were first married, we went there on a Sunday night for the first time. It was around 9:45 and there was hardly anyone there (they closed at 10:00). The wait staff was so friendly. They treated us as if we were their first customers, instead of their last. We were very impressed and have been going periodically since then. I have not noticed a problem with Fish Daddy's being dirty. I went to the RR once there and it seemed to be maintained. Tonight, I am going with some girlfriends and will be eating healthier, so I will see how they fare on charbroiled entrees!

Great Place to Eat. since i moved to Austin in 2005 i have frequented Fish Daddy's several times and have loved the food. I am from the Gulf Coast near Louisana and I have been impressed with your restaurant. The service has been great and everyone is friendly.

Poor Customer Service. Fish Daddy's was a great place when it first opened, but the customer service there is not what one would expect. I spoke to the manager there regarding a party and he was extremely rude and not understanding. The food is still decent but will never go back due to lack of customer service.

Food isn't all that great. Service great, atmosphere nice, food bland and boring. Went for lunch and was unimpressed with the quality of food and lack of flavor.
