Awful, slow customer service!. Item arrived over one month late even after upgrading shipping! Customer service was incredibly slow to respond and I was even told on two occasions that information given to me about the item was incorrect, but not to worry because the workers had been fired. Professional????????? Bottom line - unless you want your items to arrive WAY after when you expect them, don't buy from here! Imagine telling you five year old daughter that you're sorry her princess charm wasn't here even though you ordered it three weeks ago! WORST customer service I've experienced online in years!
