This cafe and bakery on Buda's historic Main Street offers customers Grandma's kitchen with a modern twist..
In Short
A long red communal counter with stools runs nearly the length of this tidy bakery. Glass doors lead to a kid-friendly fenced gravel courtyard and playscape. Locals breakfast on sausage wraps, enormous cinnamon rolls and breakfast subs. Daily Hot Plate Specials offer comfort food like pot roast with potatoes and carrots with toothsome, creamy chicken and dumplings is served daily. Tempting pies, cookies, cakes and muffins fill the bakery case.
