True service---life chaging!. both my husband and I have shoes from Total Relief--has changed our lives--Z-coils releave foot/knee/back pain and allow lots more walking! Total customer focus and commitment to comfort by owners and staff.

Solved all my footwear issues. As a woman of a certain age with an active lifestyle and complicated foot problems, I am not an easy customer. However, thanks to the empathetic, knowledgeable and patient staff, I now own a a shoe wardrobe that takes me anywhere in style and comfort. I wear my z-coils around the house; Keens for sports activities and gardening; Finn Comforts for dressy daytime affairs, and Thinks for dressy evening affairs.

Best Buying Experience Ever!. I was in the market for some comfortable shoes to help reduce the discomfort I feel when I have to spend long periods of time on my feet. I went to several stores that tried to get me to buy off-the-shelf shoes, but nothing felt quite right and I was constantly being told that all shoes need a "break-in" period. I was frustrated and shared this with a friend that told me about Total Relief Footwear. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in the right place. I was pleasantly greeted by Celia Tellez (the store owner) and asked what brought me in. I told her about my various aches and pains and that I hoped these could be relieved with a good pair of shoes. Celia listened intently to everything I said and then started a process of measurements, fittings, and custom adjustments that concluded with me buying two pairs of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. For those times when I will be on my feet for several hours, I went with Z-Coil and then I got a pair of NBTs for bumming around in. Bottom line, this was the best buying experience I have ever had. The folks at Total Relief Footwear listen to you, learn about your pain issues, and then work tirelessly to find the right shoes to solve your problems. They will not let you leave the store unless you are absolutely delighted with your purchase. How refreshing is that? And I have never felt better!

The Shoe Whisperer. I have a very hard to fit ankle foot orthotic which is a plastic brace which is fitted over the back of the leg through the footbed. To wear a shoe over the brace I must have a left extra wide shoe and the right shoe needs to fit without a brace. Cam White worked with me for over an hour to try and fit me to no avail. Another shop that sells comfort shoes adaptable to orthotics sold me a pair of shoes that did not fit with the brace and I was not even offered the services of their pedorthist. I ended up with a $130 pair of shoes that are worthless. Ultimately, he was not able to find an appropriate shoe for the AFO, but he gave the me the name of 3 certified pedorthists at 2 other Austin stores. He gave me names, phone numbers and his card so I could us his name as a reference. Cam White at Total Relief Footwear could not have been more professional. My daughter said he was like the "Shoe Whisperer". Such honesty and integrity is a rare commodity.

Best Shoe Fitting Experience ever!!!. Customer service is back. I walked, if you could call it walking, into Total Relief Footwear and left with a hop in my step. They paid attention to my unique issues and spent well over an hour custom fitting my Z-COILS. I didn't think Z-Coils could make a difference in my back and heel pain but I was totally amazed at how they took my pain away. Every time they took my shoes back to adjust them and then put them on my feet they felt better and better. GOD BLESS Z-COILS AND TOTAL RELIEF FOOTWEAR!!!!
