Bat City is Fabulous!!!

I have to echo the other reviews....I heart bat city. Their customer service is FABULOUS! They have very reasonably priced awards, they deliver, they have incredibly fast turn-around...I just love them! I sit on the board of a non-profit and bat city did a beautiful job on our awards last year and we will most CERTAINLY use them again this year. You will be pleasantly surprised that in a world of mediocre customer service, bat city truly goes WAY above and beyond!!!

Thank you Bat City!

I promised the guys at Bat City Awards I would spread the word of their great little establishment after they bailed me out of a major crisis. One of my employees quit on me right before our annual conference. As we raced around trying to cover loose ends, we realized none of the awards, shirts or trinkets had been ordered and our event was less than a week away.

Nobody in town seemed able to help until I tried these guys. By the end of the week, I had received plaques, glass awards, shirts, tote bags and pens all delivered to our hotel in time for the awards banquet. In addition, we were not charged anything extra for the rush service or delivery. Everything looked great and fit within our budget.

I highly recommend Bat City Awards for your award or conference needs!

Fantastic experience - Awards!

I had no idea what I was doing when first looking to order some plaques for my association's banquet. The task got dropped on my lap last minute so I franticly called places in the phone book looking for help. Trey from Bat City Awards agreed to come meet with me with several catalogs and samples. He walked me through all the options and delivered the finished awards at no cost. They were able to stay within my budget and everyone loved the awards. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone in the same dilemna.
