Worst Customer Service. When I was unhappy with my color, the owner refused to see me and even attempt to fix the awful copper roots that her employee had touched up on my golden brown highlights. I disputed the charge with my bank. I felt completely taken advantage of as a younger female. I had communicated very carefully to the colorist and the owner about what I had wanted. They assured me they could do it, failed, then left me to sport around their awful do-it-yourself looking touch up job. Extremely unhappy. This is a customer service industry. They dont seem to know that.

Ask for Brooke Beaty - she is AMAZING!. Since going to Brooke, I can't tell you how many compliments I've gotten. She always gives me a GREAT cut. All I have to do is show her a picture of what I want and it's done - perfectly. And if she doesn't think something will look good on me she doesn't hesitate to express her opinion - which I fully appreciate.

I also don't have to tell her which places of my hair are heavy and need to taken off more than other areas - she can tell by messing w my hair and it's so nice to not have to worry about what and won't get cut. And the color is always great.

Can't say enough good things!

Great experience!. I've been to N Salon a couple times now and it never disappoints! Great parking, gorgeous salon, and a charming and talented staff. I would (and already have) recommend this salon to anyone looking. The salon itself is clean and comfortable, the receptionist makes me feel welcome, and I always leave thrilled!

Best Tanning Salon in Austin. What other tanning salon can you tan, get a massage, get your bikini line waxed, get a swimsuit, and cute earrings and bags to go with it at? Sun Salon has everything! It is way more than a tanning salon - almost a boutique with select spa services. I love this place and the staff are so nice.

Best Tanning Salon in Austin!. I've been to tanning salons where the beds are old and the only thing the staff is attentive to is trying to get you to purchase lotion upon every visit. The Sun Salon is NOT one of those salons. The beds are top of the line and the staff is very customer service oriented. You will definitely see the difference!

No Other Tanning Salon Can Compare. I used to go to some well-known tanning salons near UT campus and was treated like a number instead of a valued customer. Sun Salon has great customer service, the best beds, convenient parking, and they even offer waxing and massage services. I had my brows done the other day and they look great. This is much more than another tanning salon. HIGHLY recommended.

Great Selection of Swimwear!. The Sun Salon is more than your typical tanning salon. They have a cute boutique at the front you can browse after you tan. They carry a great selection of mix and match swimwear year round, jewelry, and purses. Even better, they are close to campus and give free bottled water with each tan!

Best Tanning Salon in Austin!. Their tanning beds are so cool! And the rooms are HUGE! And they give me a complimentary bottle of water with each tan. Nice touch
