YMCA program is a flop. YMCA program was the reason I moved here. This is not an after school program put on by the Y!! This is a federal - funded activity center. The Y is the babysitter with less then adiquate teachers who are resedents that get paid to do nothing but yell at the children and do not take them outside to play! The children are to sign them selves out at anytime and leave but can not return if they leave. No parent needed no matter how young the child and ANYONE can pick up your child no questions asked. I rate this program a huge flop!!!!!
