Awful Customer Service. To be fair, one clerk in the store actually greeted me when I walked in, which was the first time I had ever been greeted since I started shopping there a year and a half ago. That was the highlight of the customer service in that store.

I went to bring back some scrubs that I had purchased but at the time I didnt have my student id, so I was coming back to see if I could get the student discount. The woman in charge told me no, that it was too late. Then I said I would I just return them then repurchase them. I had bought them less than a week before, they still had tags and a receipt and had not been worn, well within the terms of their return policy. She got mad and told me that I could only do it this one time, and told the clerk to put a note under my name in the computer system!

Why offer a return policy or discount you do not want to honor?

Finally, I asked for receipts for my total purchases so I could submit them for taxes and was told that I could not have them. The woman was so nasty about everything.

Dont waste your time here. Scrubs arent any cheaper than any other store and plenty of stores offer student discounts. And its not worth putting up with the nasty service, and having to argue to get them to honor return policies and discounts.

Avoid!. I went to the Uniform Place excited to buy some new scrubs. Unfortunately, this store lacks variety and has very limited types of scrubs. Also, the customer service is very poor!! My day was ruined after going to this store and hearing the sass of their employees over some simple questions that I had. I would suggest going to the other Uniform Place in Austin. I hear the people there are helpful and friendly, the two quality that this store completely lacks. Avoid this place!!
