Bee Cave 620 area- great new addition to the area, go Fri/Sat nights for music. Victors- Great steaks and seafood. New Chef is wonderful. Go Fri/Sat nights when the piano player is playing all types of music. Across the street from H. Depot on 620 in Bee Cave. Like most area restaurants, the front of the house wait staff could use some training, but the food makes up for this new startup. We've been at least half a dozen times. The chef is revamping the menu, he was a former Exec Chef at the Y Bar and Grill in Oak Hill before it went downhill. Have not tried happy hour, but the sign shows 20 food/drink items for less than $5.00 each. The crab stuffed salmon with a brandy cream and tarragon sauce was so good, I had to ask the chef for more sauce.
