Good solid service. My friends got me a spa package for my birthday and I definitely enjoyed it. The owner did an excellent job. The service is very good for what you pay for. I also got a peel done as well as an eyelash extension during my stay, and those went smoothly as well. Overall, good choice for good price!

Nightmare eyelash extensions! Avoid this service..spare the expense and go to a professional. I have had extreme lashes done before so I kind of knew what to expect if seeing a professional, experienced eyelash extension artist. This woman not only misrepresented that she uses and was trained on Novalash. The glue that she uses is not novalash glue. I got a glimpse of the glue before I left the salon and wondered about it so I looked it up online. Also, she cut my bottom lashes for some reason and glued fake eyelashes to my skin which, as any professional knows, is not ok by any standards. Also the lashes were glued to my eyes in clumps. I would've done a better job gluing strip eyelashes to my eyelids so I could avoid the horror of having these horrendous things removed. Spare yourself the waste of money and headache. My wedding is in 3 weeks and now I have to figure out how to fix my lashes and spend a lot of money fixing what she damaged.

Excellent service, friendly owner. I have been to many spas around Austin, and this is definitely one of my favorites. The prices are very competitive compared to other place, and the service you get in return for the money is a steal. The owner was very friendly and was very skilled, definitely knew what she was doing. Inside decor is above average, but it's still a friendly atmosphere. Overall, I loved it, and I plan to go back.
