Terrible Experience. I visited this salon with a friend after purchasing a coupon through UrbanDealight. The coupon stated it was a $49.99 value for $25. Upon arriving at the salon, the deluxe mani/pedi usually costs about $50 so you would expect that would be the service you'd receive. The real service received ended up being a basic mani/pedi if that. It was obviously a rush job and the technician did the bare minimum with everything. I was asked if I would like the deluxe service for an additional $10. What?! So basically I saved $10 on a basic mani/pedi that was more like a mini mani/pedi. I was so disappointed I didn't even leave a tip. I will never return to the salon again. Not a great way to advertise the business.
