Shady and unsafe. @Susip - Sorry you got burned! I know someone who worked for them and quit b/c of various ethics and safety problems. The owner doesnt care about anything but putting his hands on the money.

I would say go the the Better Business Bureau and complain. I would also contact his other clients listed on the website and let them know. Hit them in the pocket book just like they hit you.

Watch out don't get burned out!. Be very careful before entering in a contract with these guys, highly dishonest. We had fireworks planned for a party, for with they demanded all the money upfront at our beach house that ended up basically destroyed by hurricane Ike. We have been fighting since September for any refund, had to involve Amex to dispute even what their dishonest contract required them to do...not to say that other contracts that we had for this ocasion in face of the obvious tragedy of losing a house were promptly fully refunded. So be mindful that you won't be entering an agreement with an honest company but with a sleazy group of skunk bags that are after your money.
