Awful customer service. Hands down some of the worst customer service I have experienced with a salon. They lose or delete appointments, and do not take responsibility for it. Lost a prepaid spa package appointment for both my sister and myself that we booked 3 months in advance. They made no attempts whatsoever to accommodate us for their mistake. Managers do not call you back after leaving several messages for them (or the awful and delinquent employees don't pass the messages along so their managers don't even know of these issues.)

Hannah at Ron King and Bo Salon. Hannah is one of Bo Salon's/ Ron King's secret weapons!!

She is a triple threat....colorist, cutter and extensions! I have been going to Hannah for some time now and will never look back. She does a great job for your everyday cut, color and style and is a genius for special events. I went to her on my wedding day at the new Ron King Salon located under the Four Seasons Residences and she did a thorough consultation, using my dress and makeup stylist, to perfect an amazing natural look. Hannah gives it to you straight, so don't dwell on what was....just look forward to one of her magnificent creations!! You will never feel so beautiful!!

Gorgeous new salon!. Checked out the new salon Ron King located under the Four Seasons Hotel today, it is absolutely stunning!!! A must see, high class, chic salon!! I'm a hair stylist in Houston and this is one of the best salons I've seen by far!! High profile, Quality, and Impeccable Service is guaranteed!! Check this place out! You will not be sorry!

Excellent. Ron King is a close friend of the family and has been cutting my hair since high school. Unfortunately I dont live in austin any more but I plan to see him again when I go home for a visit. He is an excellent stylist and colorist, and a fun person to chat with in the chair.

New Ron King Salon. We arrived at the new Ron King Salon the wed. before my daughter's wedding. We are from Atlanta, but she was getting married in Austin. Jim had set her up with Cristian because of her long curly hair and she wanted it very romantic for the wedding. We were greeted at the door by Ron King and immediately shown around the beautiful new shop. While they were working on Jaime, I asked Ron what would he do with my curly hair if I just walked in off the street. After conferring with him, I decided to be brave and come in for a makeover 3 days before my daughter's wedding. Well not only did they do the most amazing job on my daughter, but he transformed my hair and color and my friends all said it was the best look I ever had. They treated Jaime and me like we were queens before a magical ball. They did not know us from adam, and knew we were from out of town, but you would have thought we were the only peole there. Christain came to the hotel and did our hair for the wedding and it was just perfect. Craig cut my hair - and he was the BEST> Anyone with curly hair must go there - they are tops in my book. And I used to fly to New York to Devachon to get my hair cut. I don't know what I am going to do now. But from the beginning with talking to Jim to the amazing staff - I can't give them enough stars.

Georgia at Bo. I just had my hair cut and colored by Georgia at Bo. I requested the new L'Oreal treatment INOA and am delighted with the result. The color is just beautiful for a bit more $ and leaves your hair very soft and shiny! I have been having Georgia style my thick curly hair since moving here from NYC one year ago and couldn't ask for a better stylist. In this hot humid climate I love what Georgia has done for my hair! She's extremely competent and dependable.

Fantastic Experience. I was very fortunate to have an appointment with Ron King, the owner. My hair color, cut and style are great. I am very happy with my new look. Also his assistant Angela, did a terrific job of seeing to my needs and making me feel really spoiled. The Salon offers many services and products. Leslie gave me a facial which was wonderful. Ron has done a really good job of making his salon a place that you want to come back to. He is very personable and fun to be around. The staff is professional and friendly, they make you feel relaxed and pampered throughout your visit. I was so relaxed when I left the salon that I couldn't get the experience out of my mind for several days (which is a good thing)

Johanna is amazing!. I just moved to Austin this past August and immediately had to hunt for a stylist. I have had some traumatic experience in the past so I proceeded with absolute caution. A friend referred me to Johanna and it was love at first cut. She really listens to make sure that you get what you want out of each experience. I get an amazing cut every time!

love, love, LOVE, LAURA JACKSON!. went in for a trim on a recommendation from a co-worker; left with a new hairdresser. laura is one of those stylists that not only listens to what you want, but spends time studying the natural fall of your hair and works with it – not against it. she is a meticulous, perfectionist and my hair has NEVER looked better.
