I absolutely LOVE Roger Beasley Saab!. I absolutely LOVE this dealership!! I moved from Idaho to Texas and needed to have electrical work done on my car due to an accident. I was afraid of "dealership scams" and "dealership prices", but I found just the opposite to be true. I was never scammed and I received lots of offers for discounts. Not only do they offer great rates, but they work with you. I love the service department. John is THE best!! John is always friendly and caters to my needs. Every time I've come in, I've been helped quickly and with a smile. I'd be surprised if anyone has anything negative to say about this dealership because they have been nothing short of AMAZING, professional, quick, and pleasant. I am always given a loaner car and I never have to feel like I'm being put out. In fact, they've gone out of their way to make sure everything is perfect with my car. I love that even when I'm getting a cheap service done, they still wash and vacuum my car every single time!! :)

A great place to buy a car. Nick Andrews made my purchase of a new Saab pleasant and affordable. He gave me a great deal on a great car over the phone and had it ready for me when I arrived from Houston to pick it up. My only disappointment was that I could not afford to trade up to a Maserati.

awful awful terrible dealership. Terrible service. Terrible dealership. Crooks. Rip off. Every time I go in, something else is wrong. A month after I bought tires elsewhere, they tried to tell me I needed new one's. Yeah right. Completely rude service people who are also unhelpful. I guess if you don't buy an A8, R8 or Q7, they don't need your business.

Worst Audi Dealership I've been to. Having recently moved here, I looked for the nearest Audi dealer to service my vehicle. I was always impressed with the level of service I received from the dealership in Spokane, WA, so naturally I expected the same here: Honesty, Fair pricing, and overall great service. Sadly, Roger Beasley failed on all accounts. First of all, their quote to fix my timing belt was $300 more than any other shop (including Audi) that I'd contacted. They charged for tire rotation and a battery check - which is free just about anywhere else. If that wasn't enough to keep me from coming back, I got a call early in the morning, telling me everything was serviced and my car was ready. I called an hr before dropping by to let them know I was on my way. It was 3pm when I arrived, and NOTHING WAS DONE! He gave me a lame excuse about a misunderstanding between him and the crew, and then he kept changing his story and I caught him in his lie. He refused to waive the battery check fee, and quite frankly I wouldn't be surprised if my oil wasn't changed at all. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I'll never be back.
