Great hang for UT students. Lots of UT and Texas memorabilia, big screen V's, Free WiFi, Terrific BBQ lots of sides, great staff. Close to the campus of the University of Texas for the UT Games and events.

Popular chain serves ribs and brisket with a decor that's all Texas..
In Short
Red-checkered table cloths, country music playing in the background, and real wooden booths--can't get much more Texas than that. Pok-e-Jo's serves up smoky-flavored barbecue that keeps the carnivores coming back. The chicken, either half or a quarter, is crispy on the outside and simply amazing with the special Pok-e-Jo's hot sauce. Best of all, the lunch special--your choice of meat with two sides--is available for dinner as well.
