Dr Reid is the best. I had a BA in 2000 and went over the muscle. The implants were to large for my body frame. They became so heavy and I felt as though I could never go without extra support. I consulted with Dr. Reid this past year, he had a plan to correct. He did a breast lift, removed the old implants, replacing them with a size (this time under the muscle) that was much better suited to my size and frame. I cannot begin to do this surgeon justice. I experienced very minimal bruising/trauma, I needed no pain medication 24 hours post op. He was available personally by phone on a weekend after hours when I needed to have medication adjusted. He dealt directly with the pharmacy and was on the phone with me every step of the way. I happen to be a nurse and do post op care for a lot of plastic surgery clients and in my experience this surgeon is one of the most caring, talented and compassionate doctors.

I love, love, love Restora! I had a breast augmentation and could not be happier. Dr. Reid has been wonderful every step of the way and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. I look very natural, which is exactly what I wanted. If you're considering getting anything done, I highly recommend him.

If I could give Restora 6 stars, I would. I got a BA done in January and I have yet to find one bad thing about Restora. I was lucky and had a friend refer me to Dr. Reid and after my consultation I didn't even bother looking anywhere else. The office staff is all so friendly as well. During my consultation both Dr. Reid and his assistant helped me more than I can imagine. I was probably the most unsure, indecisive patient. I told them the look I wanted to achieve and they told me what they thought would match that, which was 380 cc's. Up until the day of my surgery I was still indecisive and told Dr. Reid I thought I wanted to go down to 350 cc's because I did not want to look too 'fake'. Well after talking about it, I told him I trusted his opinion and he made the decision. He defintely knows what he is doing & went with the 380 and I am so thankful he did, I would have been dissatisfied with the size if we went with 350. I never imagined I would be this happy with the overall experience and look. I feel like I could do it all over again! Dr. Reid was apparently as gentle as possible during surgery, I have no bruises and very little swelling that was gone within the week.

The office staff has always been very helpful if I have ever called and had questions pre/post surgery. And I also had to reschedule my initial surgery date and they had no problem helping me out with that.

Dr. Gordon is amazing! She did my breast augmentation 5 days ago and I'm already back at work and feeling great. I love my breasts and wish I had done this years ago. I was very nervous about the size and shared my concerns with Dr. Gordon. My breasts now fit my body and I look great in my clothes, this is exactly what I wanted. I am so happy with the results and can't thank Dr Gordon and her team enough for all the support and care they have given me.

When I began researching for a surgeon to perform my breast augmentation, I looked for specific requirements:

1. The surgeon's education, length of career, and reputation

2. The surgeon's gender, as I felt that a female surgeon would create a better rapport and have the necessary empathy

3. The office environment and client treatment by the surgeon's staff and nurses

4. The surgeon's hospital affiliation and whether the surgery is performed in a hospital facility

5. The initial consultation and how my questions would be answered and concerns addressed

For six months I researched and consulted with surgeons from Houston, Dallas, and Austin. To ensure that the surgeon I choose to perform my breast augmentation would be the best, I was willing to travel and accept any reasonable fee. The surgeon I chose was Dr. Ashley Gordon with Restora Austin. And given the perfect result, it was the best decision.

The minute I walked into Restora Austin's office and being greeted by the staff, I felt comfortable and at ease. I felt instantly connected to Dr. Gordon because of her warm personality and patient manner. She asked what I wanted to achieve with an augmentation, what I did not want, and what my concerns were. She answered all of my questions and helped me reach the best decision for myself based on her experience and expertise. I was informed in detail of the choices from silicone to saline, implant textures, sizes, and so forth. After the initial consultation and follow-up appointment I felt confident that I had chosen the right surgeon for my procedure. I knew that I would be in good hands.

At the day of surgery, before the procedure, Dr. Gordon came to talk with me and put me at ease. After returning home, Dr. Gordon and the nurses called to check on me and make sure I was feeling well. My recovery time was normal - actually quicker than I expected - and the pain minimal. Dr. Gordon and her staff were always available when I had questions or needed anything after my surgery. They continued to follow up with periodic appointments to assess my recovery progress, both physically and emotionally.

I highly recommend Dr. Ashley Gordon as a highly qualified, talented, and caring surgeon. My results are beautiful and I could not be happier.

I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Reid and his staff. After my initial meeting I knew he was the best doctor for me. I felt very comfortable, he was very informative, and he answered all my questions. My breast augmentation was a little over 6 weeks ago and I'm so happy with my results. The surgery was a breeze and this whole process has been great.

Dr Reid is by far the best surgeon in town! I have about 6 girlfriends that used him and he came highly recommended from them all. He did my breast augmentation about 7 weeks ago and I love the results. People that know, have told me how natural they look. He has a great eye for what will look good on you and will not go any bigger than what he thinks looks good. He is like an artist and we are his canvas! His staff is extremely helpful and patient. I was so worried before hand because surgery scared the hell out of me. He and his staff did a great job of comforting me. Afterwards, I thought it was no big deal! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for fantastic results from a BA. Also, his prices are extremely reasonable considering how amazing he is!

Dr. Reid and his crew are fantastic! From the moment I called to inquire about the procedure to my post op results I have been extremely impressed. Dr. Reid made me feel comfortable, he educated me, and provided me with advice on what was BEST FOR ME. I am 100% satisfied :) Not to mention, his nurses and staff are very helpful and they actually care!

My experience with Dr. Reid was perfect. I met with a few plastic surgeons before Dr. Reid and he was by far the most down to earth, patient, personable, knowledgable physician that I consulted with. I am 34, 5'9" athletic mother of two. He performed a tummy tuck and breast augmentation w/ liposuction. He listened to what I wanted and recommended procedures based on how he felt he could achieve that look. It was clear, based on his recommendations and explanation, that he was a perfectionist. Dr. Reid was very clear about explaining risks, expectations and any possible complications.

On the day of surgery, the surgery center was fantastic. Dr. Reid met with me to review the surgery and draw up some guidelines on my body. He was upbeat and excited - which was nice since I was nervous. When I came out of surgery he was there to tell me it went great. I went home and was very worried about the pain level. The pain was very minimal and managed through the pain pump (tummy) and oral medication. By day two, it was really not even an issue. The recovery was much easier than I expected for the tummy tuck. I would equate breast augmentation recovery to that of having a very hard chest workout and being sore the next couple days. I was very nervous about pain and mobility during recovery with two kids under the age of 3 at home! It was relieving that it wasn't an issue.

On my follow up visit 5 days post-surgery, I was shocked at how nice the incisions looked. Dr. Reid obviously was very careful to make them precise. They basically looked like a thick pencil line. I was surprised - I thought they'd be a lot wider. There was no pain associated with removing sterile strips, sutures or drains.

I did have complications, at no fault to Dr. Reid, and he was available and very responsive over a holiday weekend to help me handle it. He would call to check on me and gave me his personal contact information if I needed anything.

My advise to everyone - have a good support system at home if you have kids, get in the best shape you can prior to surgery, and move/walk as soon as possible after surgery. Dr. Reid will take care of the rest!
