Best thing I ever did!!!. I had contemplated having breast augmentation done for quite some time, but was afraid of the complications that could come with it. I also wasn't very comfortable with the idea of trusting something so personal with total strangers. After doing some research, I found Dr. Dustin Reid at Restora Austin. From the first phone call I made to their office, I was treated with respect. All of my questions were answered, and my fears were subsided. After meeting Dr. Reid, I was convinced that going ahead with the procedure was the right choice, and Dr. Reid was by far the right choice too. He has the most charming personality and is very professional. He immediately earned my trust. Another great quality Dr. Reid possesses is that he is a perfectionist, and when you consider what he deals with, well let's just say that his perfectionism is a work of art! Since I bruise easily and am a naturalist, Kacie, the sweetest nurse I've ever met, recommended that I get the VitaMedica Recovery Program dietary supplement. It is made up of natural products specially formulated to aid the healing process before and after surgery. I purchased everything I needed right there at the office, and I have to say they made a believer out of me! --no bruising whatsoever, and my recovery was more pleasant than I could have ever expected! Both Dr. Reid and Kacie called me after my surgery to make sure all was going well, and I still get an occasional call from Kacie to check up on me. I found total confidence and trust in Dr. Reid and his courteous staff at Restora Austin. I recommend him to anyone who wants to get their confidence back and start feeling good about themselves. Highly Recommended Plastic Surgeon. The whole experience I had was great. The staff was very knowledgeable, and it is clear to me that Dr. Reid is a perfectionist from the initial impression. Everyone in the office made me feel comfortable with my decision to have a breast augmentation. I live in Houston and had already had a consult with several other doctors who said that I would have to have a breast lift and an augmentation to get the results I wanted. However, Dr. Reid completely explained that I had options and the advantages and disadvantages of having the breast lift or just the augmentation. He really listened to my goals. By the time I went for my pre-op appointment, I felt comfortable and confident with Dr. Reid and the plan we had determined. Long-story, short.. He did an amazing job. I love my result. Because of Dr. Reid, I am so happy when I look at my body. I am so thankful that I have the confidence back that I had lost after having two children. Well how or where to start... I really didn't have planned on getting a breast augmentation this year at all... had always dreamed of but not in any near future. I can just say I was so lucky and
blessed on finding Dr.Reid and choosing him as my surgeon. Didn't shop around after meeting him,he was my first surgeon to meet.. he just made me feel more than comfortable, listened to what I desired, gave me his opinion and suggestions. I had no need to look for other options, the reviews I had read and the first impression was more than enough. I wanted a natural look not too big not too small. I'm 5'1 weigh around 105 and I can now say I am completely beautiful :D self confidence is way beyond.. I am the first one in my whole Family to have a Cosmetic Procedure done and will recommend Dr. Reid to every single person I can. I have close friends and family that are excited to see me and hopefully see Dr. Reid for Breast Augmentation soon. I had no one close to ask for recommendations Dr. Reid is THE BEST! I was told it was going to hurt like I had no idea, that massaging would be painful, that I would have no sensation to the nipple, that I would carry some kind of bags in each breast which was going be collecting fluids from the breast O_o scary..etc etc etc. NOT AT ALL! I have a 3 yr old and I felt my breast just like after having my baby, FULL of milk nothing else! A little of pain but the medication took care of that nothing major. Took pain meds for about 3 days MAX! .... No bruises! WOW! No carrying bags on the side of my breast! Did not loose the sensitivity.. I was amazed.. Nothing close to what I was told that was "going" to happen. One week off work was more than enough for recovery. It's been already 3 weeks since surgery and I feel GREAT I can't wait for my 6 week post op and I can't wait for Summer!

Dr. Reid is the BEST. I can't say enough about Dr. Reid and the staff at Restora Austin. From the moment I walked into the office, until my visit 6 weeks post op, every encounter was positive and I was made to feel like I was the only patient in their care. The level of attentiveness and the time they spent to make sure all of my concerns were heard and my questions were answered was a huge factor in helping me make the decision to move forward with breast augmentation. Dr. Reid's friendly bedside manner made him very approachable and easy to entrust him with the task of improving my body. I was very worried about the surgery because I didn't want to look huge afterwards, but wanted a normal and natural breast size. I am beyond thrilled with my new look and feel like Dr. Reid has given me the breasts I dreamed of. He listened to my desires and made them my new reality. Every person who has seen me since the surgery is blown away by the natural look and size of my new breasts. That is exactly what I told Dr. Reid I wanted and that is what he gave me! It is SO important to go to a Dr. that listens and cares about why you want a certain look. I have heard too many times from friends that have had breast augmentation with other surgeons in Austin that they hate their end result because they feel the Dr. made them bigger than they desired and now they are self conscious for the opposite reason. Did I mention that I had NO bruising after the surgery? Dr. Reid is amazing! Go meet him and your search for a plastic surgeon will be over. P.S.-Did you read his credentials? Enough said. :)…
Best Plastic Surgeon.
To make a very long story short, we took our good time finding the right doctor, a good 9 months and hours and hours of researching. Money was not an issue and we were willing to travel within 4
hours. We were referred to Dr. Reid from a doctor my wife works with that had gone to Dr. Reid herself. She had a great experience and had breast augmentation and tummy tuck.
From our experience, Dr.Reid is excellent for bed side manners. Very few doctors (even plastic surgeons) don’t understand the concept of customer service. We experience this with another plastic surgeon. Dr.Reids understands this or he has a natural friendly personality. Staff and facility, you could not ask for better. Time IN/OUT, very reasonable.
My sister in-law got breast augmentation and lypo suction 1 month before my wife at a different place in Austin with very minimal research. According to my wife, her scar was thick and breast didn’t really look right. The lypo suction seemed uneven. After my sister in-law saw my wife’s results, she is now considering going back to Dr.Reid for revision. That’s exactly why my wife and I did not rush and did our homework very thoroughly.
Dr. Reid care is very personalized compared to even some of the best doctors we consulted with. What I mean by that is they are very flexible with yours schedule, especially since the surgery center is within walking distance from his office. Some doctors only do consultation certain days and surgery certain days. Even some of the best doctors will do as many surgeries in one day as possible and boast 30 mins for breast augmentation. We did not want to be part of an assembly line in case things went wrong with other patients or ourselves. The day of our surgery, Dr.Reid only had 2 other patients. He spent a good 2 ½ hours on my wife for both procedure. That prob explains why the stitching was so great, even my wife’s gynecologist made that comment. And he’s said he’s seen his fair share of bad results.
Dr.Reid is not going to be your cheapest option. But he’s going to be your safest option when you consider a revision will cost you the same amount as original surgery in most cases. His time and quality is well worth the extra you will pay. Just remember, you get what you pay for. My sister in-law is learning the hard way. In the end, she will pay substantially more than my wife for going to a discount doctor in the first place.
We are very happy with the results and we’ll be sending all our friends and family his way.…
