Austin >Bradz Salons & Spa
Now Happy Salon, it's the best!. I love Happy and have been going there for years, since it was Bradz. Kay is my favorite stylist in the world... she's warm and she listens while she makes you look fabulous! I also highly recommend Bree (sp?) the aesthetician. She is amazing with brows. Go to Happy and you will be happy!
Excellent Stylist!!!. Brittney is an amazing stylist! She gave me the exact cut that I explained to her, that I wanted. It's been two days and I'm still in love w/ it! It had been 10 yrs since I had a significant amount cut off...so I was pret-ty nervous about the whole sitch. Brittney was very patient and sweet. She showed me how to fix my hair at home, and I can actually do it! I cannot wait to visit her again for my color!
Twice Disappointed. I was recommended Bradz salon by my sister in law, who must have had a different experience than mine, although we had the same stylist. I asked my stylist if she could get my hair back to it's natural color, a dark ash blonde. She said she could get it close. It turned out strawberry/golden blonde. Which looks fine, but is not what I asked for. After she got all the foils and color in, she sat me in a chair and said she would be back with my footbath shortly. No footbath ever arrived... after about 30 minutes I got up and asked the front desk staff if I was going to get a footbath too, and one of them brought me one. No one ever told me what was going on, and I sat in a chair for about 2 hours "processing" although I guess it was safe because my hair is still intact. I was getting angry and frustrated after the 2 hours had passed and finally asked someone when I was going to get out of here. They sent a different girl to wash my hair after another 30 minutes, and then she blew my hair dry. She was very pleasant but I was frustrated about the lack of communication and the amount of time I was ignored. The second time was no better. I asked her to make my hair ASH and she made the ends almost green and the top was still golden. I still sat around for 2 hours in the chair, and vowed never to return. I went to Urban Betty last week for my birthday and LOVED my experience there... they only had me processing for MAYBE 15 to 20 minutes and they used a better product in my oppinion. My hair has never looked better. So my advice, switch to Urban Betty... it's the same price
