Always Been Good To Me

Always get greeted upon entering the store. I am a regular shopper of the store so i may be biased but the service has always been great since day 1. After visiting similar stores in a bunch of cities i have to say they are on top of it.

Cold, blank, empty. This shop lacks character as much as social skills.

Between an arrogant attitude of the shop owner and the cold feeling of blank walls, this shop is a major disappointment. This is the first 'sneaker boutique' in Austin, but I find myself buying online more and more due to the inpersonable experience each time I walk in and the fact that it is inconveniently located downtown near nothing of similar interest.

In a city where character and individuality is everything, this shop is a cold, dry empty space with blank white walls and employees who hardly care to look or talk to you. If there is any place that feels like everything I dislike about NYC, its this shop.
