Don't trust with your credit card!!!!

Two years after moving from Austin and cancelling my membership....they keep charging my credit card and I have to call every month for someone to credit me back. It's a pain and management is awful...they can't figure a way to just remove me from the system so it has been my problem to deal with! Not worth it, don't trust your credit with them!
- Cons: Haven't been in 2 yrs and they still charge me!

Always late to open

This morning was the third time I have shown up to Image Sun on Slaughter at 9:30 and the doors were still locked. This is the only time I have available in my day to tan and it peeves me that I pay for service and can't use it! The owner has no idea how to run a business, the staff is immature with lots of turnover. I still tan there, but once my points run out, I'm running from THIS Sun!
- Pros: Convenient location for me
- Cons: Immature staff, never open on time
