We had a great experience working with Josh at Landers. Josh made the experience amazingly simple. He helped us narrow down our choices quickly and painlessly within our budget parameters. And, the end result is beautiful.

We put in new hardwood, tile, carpet floors, and baseboards. It's like a brand new home. We love the products and the installers did an amazing job too.

Thank you, Josh! You are awesome at your job.

Stephanie and team were so helpful and did an amazing job our hardwood floors. We agonized over the decision for months going back and forth trying to find the best price and right floor. Once we brought Stephanie into the mix, life got a lot easier. Can't recommend them more to anyone looking for flooring.

I was in a hurry to have our nursery floors done so I didn't spend a lot of time researching flooring companies before choosing Landers. I was worried that I might regret acting so hastily but ended up being very impressed with them.

I stopped in one day to see if they could help me figure out what kind of wood was in the rest of the house so we could match it. (Former owners did the floors so we didn't know what it was.) Josh greeted me immediately when I got there, I explained what I needed, and he showed me a few options but said the best way to figure out what it was would be to have him come out to the house...unless there was a box in the attic. I hadn't even thought of that, and of course there was. I called a few days later, gave him the info, and within a day or two they had a box there for me so I could see how well it matched.

Once I gave him the go-ahead it only took a few more days and the installers were out here putting in our new floors. They were very courteous, professional and did a wonderful job. When they pulled up the carpet they discovered we had an issue that was causing mold in a closet. I wanted to have it fixed before covering with the wood, so I told them to leave that space uncovered. Immediately after they left I got an email from Josh saying that he heard I had an issue and he wanted to make sure everything was okay. I let him know what we'd found and told him my husband could probably put in those last few boards once it was fixed. He insisted that they come back out once it's fixed to finish the job for us.

Needless to say, the whole process was great and we'd definitely use them again.

I should also mention that this was a pretty small job (one 12x12 room), and I felt like I still got the same level of service as if they were doing the whole house.

Our new floors are magnificent! Back in August I convinced must husband to consider replacing our worn out carpet in the family area with wood floors--this by no means was an easy feat. I searched several companies' websites but was impressed with the customer service remarks on Landers. I decided to drop in and see what all the hoopla was about.

Great customer service from the moment Josh DeCosmo greeted me. Although I had researched information on wood floors vs. engineered floors, Josh willingly shared his knowledge to ensure me that the decision I made was right for me.

Remember this journey started in August. I called back on several occasions but Josh never seemed annoyed that I had more questions to ask. We made our decision the last week in October and installation took place the 1st week in November.

But the great news doesn't stop there! The men who installed the floors were phenomenal. Being experts in their craft, the installers made some suggestions that some might think minor; however the devil is in the details. These men were the consumate professionals--prompt, courteous, and left my house spotless.

Landers specifically Josh and the crew, thank you for making what could have been a nightmare a great experience.

I definitely recommend this company and will use againwhen I get the go ahead from hubby to get new carpet in the bedrooms!

My husband and I lost our house in the Bastrop wildfire a little over a year ago. When we were ready to rebuild, we discovered Lander's. I'm here to tell you that Cristen Finnell at Lander's Premier Flooring is the bomb! She worked so hard for us ....Lander's did all the floors and tiling in our 3,000 sq ft home. We couldn't be happier with the end result. I absolutely love the wooden floor they laid for us. The travertine tile flooring is gorgeous...I would be hard pressed to say which I like better. The carpet is exactly what we wanted. The customer service was exemplary. They were professional, prompt and thorough. When issues arose, they were addressed with breath-taking speed. We will be living with and looking at the jobs they did for many years to come. Thank you, Lander's and Cristin, you're the best!

Josh DeCosmo was the exact person we needed to help us select the right carpet for our home. He generously gave us a great deal of his time and knowledge to ensure that we chose a carpet that we would be satisfied with for many years. After visiting many stores in Austin, Landers was a refreshing change. Since we were carpeting the entire house, I really dreaded the installation but the team that installed the carpet could not have been better. They were professional, wasted no time and cleaned up afterwards. All in all, I hope that your experience will be as pleasant as mine was.

The wonderful reviews was why I chose Landers. We did not get a quote from anyone else! If I had to say it in one word--CRISTEN--

In July, before we started our remodeling project we visited the showroom. Cristen greeted us. We told her we hadn't started our project and it would be months before we would need flooring. Cristen made us feel special. She spent time with us showing us flooring options.We left feeling great about our interaction with Cristen.

Our projects were completed late January. I contacted Cristen and couldn't believe that she remembered us! She was unavailable. I felt so strongly about having Cristen help us that we waited until she was available. Cristen still managed to take our cabinet door and granite and match them with four wood options that she thought would look great. My husband and I narrowed them down to two samples. Cristen came to our home to help us make our final decision.

I am the only female in our home of five. Our color scheme is made up of earth tones. I wanted an animal print carpet only on the stairs. I had erased an episode of Donna Decorates Dallas. Cristen had never seen the show but picked out a fabulous print that was not over the top. Even my husband thinks it looks good. Cristen has a great design sense.

I have to add that the installers were very professional, on time, quick, cleaned up and made sure everything was in its place. If I could give Landers 10 stars I would.

You can't beat Dale at Landers. Dale at Landers was like a free project manager for us. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. What he said is what he did. This is not the norm for the re model industry. Landers price was competitive but not the lowest. The service Dale provided was worth more than the difference. The ceremic tile crew was very knowledgeable and professional and finished a day early.

Love our new floors! Wonderful experience!. This was our first experience hiring someone to do work on our home and I'm afraid we've been spoiled!!!

Stephanie was so helpful in helping us pick just the floors we wanted and sticking to our budget and so responsive to calls and emails. She and John both came out personally to measure our space.

The work crew was so nice and fast! They cleaned everything before they left.

Our floors are beautiful and just what we wanted. If we ever have flooring needs in the future we will be calling the Landers!

Not interested in small projects. We visited Landers a couple of weeks ago for new carpets in two of our small bedrooms. Initially the salesman who greeted us was fine and he was polite and shows us around introducing different options.

But after learning that we are only replacing two small rooms, the salesman started to lose interests in us and began greeting other customers that came in. When we have questions, he grew impatient and started to suggest upgrades and options that we don't need.

That's all fine; despite of the treatment we were getting, we thought that Lander's has many good reviews. So we thought that we will still give them a try and wanted to setup an appointment for doing the measurements and quote.

After we set the date for measurement, we told the salesman that after we got their quote, we will want to compare other quotes we got. Well…..that’s when the salesman started to get very rude and told us that there is no need to spend their money and time for them to go out and do the measurements, just show them the best quote that we got and they will beat the price.

We are out of their store in no time. Landers will not get my and any of my friends business if they are not willing to entertain small jobs and treat all customers equally.
