New Owners, Awesome Stylists!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Sonicfire appears to work for the "salon thats in the H.E.B. center" by the comment about "fixing many" of their cuts. It doesn't happen! If it's real, the stylist probably doesn't work there now as the staff there is customer oriented.

Four of the stylists have been there for several years and have a large following. They don't get that by being bad stylists.

New owners have been in place for about a year now and they care about their customers and their staff.

Saturdays can be unbelievably busy. Other days can be crazy as well, but hitting this place in the mid-afternoon can really make your day.

What a Waste, Go to the salon thats in the H.E.B. center on Palmer and I-35 They fix many of Fantastic Scams Cuts. I have had quite a few bad haircuts in my lifetime. The worst haircut I had before this was a razored mullet I got when i was 12. I thought that it couldnt get any worse than that but when i went to this Fantastic Sams I was proven wrong. Its so bad its just really hard to put into words how awful my cut is. Not only was the cut less than mediocre but the service was horrible. I have never been treated so bad in my life. My stylist was very combative when i explained how i wanted my hair cut and kept telling me that i needed to cut more and went crazy with the layers so I have holes in my fine hair. She also didnt want to shampoo my hair, its like i had to force her to do so. I ended up leaving with dripping wet hair because my stylist never bothered to ask me if I wanted it dried I figured she just wanted me to leave and although i like to get it styled afterwards i was ready to get out. So after everything I thought I would write a complaint to the owner and she told me I was lieing and couldnt find any info on me in her Database. Well I told her I had prove from the credit card i used and it was like talking to a wall but she just kept insisting that because my name wasnt in her database she couldnt do anything. So even though i have prove she told me that i was just trying to get her stylist in trouble. Yeah ok so I learned that when you go to this salon and make a complaint you get treated like a dog. I would stay away from this place if your like me and prefer not to come out of the salon looking like you went on a drunken binge and then cut your own hair.
