Great Service – Great Results – Great Price. What more can I say, from the moment I called I was impressed with the customer service. The crew was kind and professional, even my usually shy cat like them. I’m telling all my friends about the “little extras” these guys did. Things like cleaning the bathroom mirrors and coach lights, what a difference that makes. They even changed some hard to reach light bulbs for us. Again, just great service. Thanks to everyone at Country Window Cleaning.

Great on all counts

We have used Country Window Cleaning on our last 2 houses over the last 6 years or so, and just had them clean all our windows again yesterday. Paul, the owner, was onsite and working (as always) with 2 other members of his crew.

Without exception they have always done a perfect job, their prices are great, and Paul as well as his employees are always friendly and professional. One of our favorite and longest lasting service providers. Highly recommended!

horrible customer service

I have never written an online review before, but the customer service I received from this company prompted me to do. Now, let me say first, that if they would have performed the services that I paid for, it would have been fantastic. However, that is not what played out. I was given an estimate in the $350ish range for a 1 story house--window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and screen replacement. I hired the company and threw away the estimate. Big mistake. They came to do the job at a different time than they had told me. I only had 20 minutes before I had to leave for work, and they would not reschedule, so I had to watch them hastily wash the inside of the windows and then left them unsupervised in my backyard (that made me very uncomfortable). When I came back from work, yes the windows were clean and screens replaced, but there was water all over the inside of my house--on the wood floors. When I called to pay by credit card, I was told that I was going to be charged the $350ish amount that we agreed on. The next day, I open my e-mail to see that my bank alerted me that my card was charged $467. I called back asking why the price change, and they told me that they added up the services incorrectly. What? Is it even legal to charge a credit card for a different amount? I was nice about it, and accepted the amount because it was my fault that I threw away my estimate. It gets worse from here--a week later, I went to open the window in my bedroom that I always open to air out my house, and there wasn't a screen on it. I call, they send out the crew again, and I ask where the screen was. I was told there was never a screen there to begin with. I said--yes there was, I always open that window. From that point on, the crew leader started raising his voice at me. I asked him to replace the screen. He said (yelled) he would. Being upset at the way they treated me, I called my husband and asked him to call their office. He did, asked for the name of the person who yelled at me, and the woman who answered the phone told him that was "none of his business." Of course, they have yet to return our phone calls. They have yet to repair the screen. It was $467 down the drain. Next time I'm hiring a cleaning service and fixing the screens myself. Next stop is the Better Business Bureau.

absolutely the best!

my neighbor finally convinced my husband to use "her" window washers. I cannot say enough about this company. they have CHANGED MY WORLD. it is soooo nice to see out side. we had well water deposits on all of our windows + soot from the wildfires. ALL GONE. they scrubbed the windows , cleaned the window screens and the screens on our screened porch. I had no idea everything could look so good. also cleaned outdoor fan blades, garage doors and lighting... amazing work. so professional and helpful. moved our outdoor furniture and cushions then put it all back. i wish i could find more services with such excellent service. thank you Shawn and Paul and Scott!

Simply the best!

County Window Cleaning made my day!

I have been gritting my teeth at my dirty windows for months. With a new baby and busy husband, I had three options....continue to grit my teeth, nag my already stressed out husband about the windows, or hire out some help.

I'm so glad I chose option #3. I made one quick phone call to schedule the estimate. The estimator arrived early, she wrote up the bid, and informed me which appointments they had available. We had severe hard water, paint and grime buildup on most of our windows, so I was so pleased the estimate was so affordable. I didn't even have to bother with getting estimates from other companies.

The day of the window cleaning, two nice men showed up and got to work. Not only did they clean my windows thoroughly, but they also removed, washed, and re-installed my screens, pressure washed my front walkway and cleaned my exterior light fixtures. They were professional and kind. In less than 2 hours, my anxiety-inducing dirty windows were clear! Money well spent.

The best part is they said they will call me in a year to schedule the next cleaning. I like that so much. I'm looking forward to their call!
