Amazing job! We used them to pack and move our large home in Lakeway. They were flawless. They came out to give a quote. They gave us free crates for packing so that was a nice bonus that saved some money on the move. They had large crews of packers and movers so that they only needed a day to pack our large 4 bedroom home and a day to move it all to the new place. Everyone we dealt with was great; office staff was helpful, packers were careful, movers were professional and efficient. Even after a long day I felt like they were still making the effort to make sure everything was being handled carefully. We have a lot of big, heavy furniture and wood floors everywhere. Nothing was damaged (other than a few small scuffs, much less than I expected for such a large move). I have already recommended them to a couple of my real estate clients and I have no doubt that they will do a great job! Seriously, use these guys! They are a great local company that really knows how to work well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable price, very professional service all around. I moved out of state to MD. The guys who picked up were great and did a wonderful job packing up all my stuff. The delivery driver was very pleasant and hardworking and I didn't hear any complaints at all about my ridiculously steep driveway that I'm sure was no fun at all to haul furniture up. They didn't damage anything and got all my stuff to me within about a week. Would use again for sure.

Beware! This company is plenty friendly until something happens. Johanna was always available to answer questions UNTIL a few of our furniture pieces ended up with damage. The first time we talked to Johanna about our damage she said 'no problem, we'll take care of your claim'. Well, we have tried repeatedly to get resolution to the issue. Johanna is never available no matter when we call. The receptionist always takes a message but no one returns our calls. We have been fighting this since June of 2012. Eight months! We are ready to take this to court.

Wonderful people! I was absolutely thrilled with the service they gave. The office staff was nice and helpful. Maria was super nice and was able to answer all my questions (or find out the answer and get back to me very quickly in a couple of instances). She was able to provide me with some of their rental crates for free so I didn't have to buy boxes. The movers were friendly and eager to please. While they unloaded they always asked me where I wanted something and never just dropped things wherever. They even let me peek into boxes that I forgot to label so that they could put the boxes in the right place. That helped me so much because I had back surgery last month and would not be able to move the boxes between rooms myself. I will use them again without a doubt when I need to move next year. Wonderful job all around!

Get someone on the phone that is knowledgeable. My piano arrived with 2 very large scratches and many stuck keys. It was NOT in this condition when it was sent to storage.

Fantastic moving company. They moved me from Austin to Dallas. The service we got was out of this world. The sales rep was super helpful, the movers were awesomely professional and polite. They did not complain about anything and did a fast and fabulous job of getting the move done. I was especially pleased with the crew foreman, Jose, who really seemed to know the best way to move everything that came along. He and his crew took excellent care of our nice things and even our baby grand piano looked like a simple task when they were working on it. Without these guys I don't know what we would have done. We were so worried about the move because it was a lot of stuff moving several hours away but everyone at Elephant Moving made it super simple and so smooth. Could not have asked for a better service. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!

We used Elephant Moving to move us from Austin to New York. The experience was very good and the service they provided was top notch! Everyone we dealt with at the moving company was very polite and helpful. The movers who came to pick up were very professional and did a great job packing everything up. The office staff was super nice. They always answered our questions directly and we never had any problems getting information. It took about 2 weeks for our things to get to our new place in upstate NY. The driver who delivered was totally awesome. He really did a fantastic job on the delivery. We moved to a spot that didn't have great access for the truck but he managed to get close enough that he saved us the extra expense of a shuttle truck, which was great. He made sure everything was where we wanted it and stayed until all the furniture was set up to our liking. We really appreciated the care they took with our move and would call them again anytime.

It was very convenient and easy moving with Elephant Moving. I had to help move my daughter into storage for 3 weeks and then back to her new apartment. The movers were the easiest part of this ordeal. Elephant Moving made the whole process look so easy; we didn’t have to touch a thing, just sit and watch the moving crew take and bring my daughter's belongings out of the old place and then into the new one. No renting a truck and dealing with awful u-haul (which we did last year). No searching for a storage unit. No hassle taking it out of storage. Easy move, will use Elephant Moving next year again when school is over. Very helpful service.

Out of state moving experts! These guys did a fantastic job on my move from Houston to NY. They were able to get everything set up on short notice after our other movers tried to change our date with them to a day that wouldn't work for us. Elephant Moving was very helpful through the process of getting the quote and answering my questions. They really made me comfortable and I felt very confident about using them to move our house. The movers were very nice and did a great job picking up our things. And the delivery driver was a saint - he was so patient with us as we tried to figure out where to put everything in the smaller house we moved into. Great experience, great movers, I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Whole family used them and they were always great!. These guys were great! They moved my son and daughter-in-law into their storage facility a couple of weeks ago and she said they did a great job and were very nice and professional. We decided to use them to move us to Houston and were incredibly pleased with the service they provided. The crew was friendly and helpful and their hard work made the move go very quickly even though it was such a long drive from Austin to Houston. They set up everything in our new house exactly as we asked and it all looked great. They did a nice job wrapping up all our furniture for the move, and they were even very careful with our new wood floors and covered them so they wouldn't scratch them up, which was my main worry.Two thumbs up!
