In Short – Wedged between high-rise lofts and an Italian eatery, Joe's is a clean, modern version of a neighborhood bar with an expansive deck. The hip-hued slate and cranberry walls dress up the casual interior decorated with plasma TVs, shuffleboard and pool tables. With an extensive drink menu--a variety of beer, wine and bubbly is available, including 16 tequilas and six cognacs--it's no wonder the after-work crowd comes in for weekday happy hours.

pretty much detailed it all above, not quite sure how this restaurant/club stays in business. Guess bar food close to this side of town limits your options.

We sent flowers here to a friend for thier birthday party, and the person never got them, and there was a gift cert with it, they never did get that either! We have called several times, no response, makes us wonder...
