BEWARE! Untrustworthy Company!. In January 2012, I redeemed a Morgan’s Deal voucher for $45 for $90 worth of carpet cleaning. I was told over the phone that there would be an additional charge for tax and gas. After I gave them the voucher number and my credit card number, I agreed to this amount before the carpet cleaner arrived. After the work was done I realized they had parked their work truck in my driveway and it left oil in several spots. I asked them to come take care of the oil spill which they were only able to get some of it removed. A few days later I realized I was charged $104.93 on my credit card! They said my voucher had expired and because of this I would have to pay the full amount. So instead of paying $45 I ended up paying $149.93. I realize it was my mistake that the voucher had expired but I would have not had the work done had I known I would be charged an ADDITIONAL $104.93 not to mention the cost it will take to have the oil spill removed a second time. Future consumers need to be aware of their business practices. They shouldn’t be trusted with a credit card upfront payment and their carpet cleaning was not worth $150. There are several other companies around town that are trustworthy and responsible. This company is not one of them!…
DONT BE A SUCKER. Do not use this company they are crooked. Any of the good reviews have been written by the owners family or his employees. This is not a Christian company they use the fish logo to gain the Christian community. They do not give back to the community. They know their employees smoke pot while in route. They use dirty water they have old equipment, they stain your carpet, they advertise deals they do not honor and keep the money. They say they have organic ways but all they do use water and charge extra for the name. They do not have pet friendly chemicals and they say they do. If you ask what chemicals are used they send you to look it up on a website. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY USE ANOTHER LOCAL COMPANY DO NOT BE FOOLED!…
Wrong Address. This business is not located at 10409 Thomaswood Lane, Austin, TX 78736. How do I know? I live at that address. I don't believe this business was ever located at this address, but I know it hasn't been for the last 6-7 years at least. I don't know why they'd want to use someone else's address, but seems fishy to me. I only gave them a star because it was required to post this, but having seen another review and knowing they are mis-representing their physical address, I'd be leery. Note: I just looked for more info on this business, and Yelp shows them to be located at 1116 Regal Row, Austin, TX 78748. Don't know if this address is real or not, but the 10409 Thomaswood addess is real BUT it doesn't belong to this business.…
Not a satisfied customer. They did not clean the carpets and hardly guaranteed their work. I would not recommend this company to clean your carpets. Your carpets will look better if you keep them away from them.
Really BAD job.
Not only did the gasoline surcharge raise the price, but the carpet was left VERY wet. Stains appeared despite my efforts to dry the carpet quickly with fans. The carpet is now stiff and sticky as
well as having orange-brown stains everywhere. Not only that, the carpet really isn't clean!
Now, I will have to have someone else who really knows what they are doing clean the carpet AND the stains. The Powerhouse job was WORSE than throwing my money away.…
