Michael Baumer gave me excellent advice and took the time to answer all of my questions. His staff was very helpful and kind. Although Mr. Baumer did a good job of letting me know what to expect at bankruptcy court, the court appearance was the hardest part for me. I had never been to court before in my life and was filled with anxiety. The rest of the process, while difficult, was facilitated nicely by Michael Bauer and his staff.

If I were to choose one word to describe this process? Easy. And that is not something usually said when dealing with attorneys or courts, but with Michael Baumer it was. I believe what made the process so easy was the fact that Michael talked me through everything and made everything as easy to understand and do as possible. There wasn't a lot of unnecessary paperwork or hassles. I was always made aware of where in the process I was. And with everything from our first meeting to the appearance in court, I felt that Michael was on my side and ready to handle everything, which took a great deal of stress off me. I hope to NEVER go through this process again, but I would absolutely recommend the Law Office of Michael Baumer to anyone who needs his services.

What a great experience! ... except for the fact that I had to file bankruptcy; something that I did not want to have to do. If you find yourself in this sort of situation though, I would recommend The Law Office of Michael Baumer. Michael is a very personable person in and of himself. Quite professional and knowledgeable as well. I felt completely at ease with him. That isn't all. I found the whole office there, from the legal secretary to the other lawyers and workers there to be very competent and helpful. As I said: If you need help with a bankruptcy, there is one place to go -- for my money it is Michael Baumer and his awesome team!

Michael was great since the first consultation. All other lawyers I called didn't think that we could file chapter 7 but after asking a few basic questions that other lawyers didn't he saw no problem in taking care of our problem. Everything went as it could go and now everything has been taken care of.

My partner and I had a business that was going under but on top of that we also had two full time jobs so when we called around just about everyone told us we couldn't file for chapter 7. However, when we called Michael's office they took the time to really understand our financial difficulties and told us that could help us.  We came in for our consultation and sure enough we qualified to file for chapter 7 since most of our debt was business and not personal. This was a great relief! I swear I called their office every day, sometimes twice a day, to get ALL my questions answered. Never once did I feel like I was bothering them in anyway. everything went as smooth as they promised! I have already referred Michael's office to a friend that has the same situation we did.
