Our program delivers fitness that is broad, general and inclusive, making it the perfect application committed individuals regardless of experience. We've used our routines for the elderly with heart disease and professional athletes. We scale load and intensity but we don't change the programs.

CrossFit Central offers Functional Strength Training programs, Triathlon Coaching and several Boot Camp Training options including one near Town Lake, one in West Austin and there's even a Boot Camp for brides who want to look and feel their best on their wedding day.

We also offer the popular CrossFit Moms Program-a group training class for Moms to get in shape, drop weight, increase muscle tone, increase energy and feel great. The best part, you get to bring your little ones.
