Overall, my experience was bad. They made and didn't keep an appointment, didn't apologize or take responsibility for that, waited 10 days to order the part then lied and said it was ordered 10 days earlier. I wrote the company twice about my complaints and got no response. I won't use them again and will need to tell the warranty company that referred me, of my experience.

First they tell us that it's going to be $81.18 for the service call, that's fine. We have them come out. The service guy is here for 10 minutes, tells us what is wrong with our refrigerator, he'll have to order parts and he'll get back to us later that afternoon. He also tells us that the $81.18 will be applied towards the labor if we have the work done. 5 days later WE had to call THEM to find out what was going on. She said "let me call the parts department and I'll get back to you." Still no call. We called AGAIN Monday with still no answers - blaming the maintenance guy for not calling us. Later that afternoon she finally called back and gave us prices and informed us that there would be NO credit given towards labor from the initial service call. At that point we realized just how unreliable this company is and how they do not know how to conduct business. I assume that after they get the initial $81.18 for 10 minutes of work, they really don't want to do anything else. Now that I actually have gone online to look into more info I see many others have had problems with this company. Lesson learned here, that's for sure. DO SOME RESEARCH!

Pros: None - except the initial tech seemed nice.

Cons: Everything from the moment he left on...
