I'm furious with this place!!!! Talk about scam artists, double check your billing! They charged extremely high office visit, but on top of that, because I asked for a prescription to help me stop smoking, my insurance was billed and denied "Smoking Therapy" for $30. And when the insurance didn't pay the next thing I got was a threatening letter to pay or my credit would be dinged. I was buying a home at the time and couldn't let that happen. I told them he did nothing but write a RX along with others with the office visit. Recode it as depression for the RX and resubmit it. I was told that was fraud. I said so is charging me for therapy I NEVER received. Check your bills see what they charge for an office visit. Talk about fraud. OMG

We have been faithfully going since 2006. HOWEVER, the medical is the only reason we go (obviously). The front desk staff is awful. Rude, talking about patients information with other people nearby. The billing office is atrocious. We receive threats to pay our outstanding bills when we never even get a bill in the first place!!! They have repeatedly messed up our bills. Yet...we still keep going b/c we know the doc's and trust them. Their best asset left last year (Dr.Orgeron)...and they seem to be a little bitter about it. So if you don't mind having your billing screwed up over and over...and being treating like crap from the staff...go for it. The doctors are pretty good. Especially Dr Neal and Dr Mathew.

Very friendly, recommended. I've been taking my daughter here since we moved here and the staff, nurses and doctors have been great. They always treat us with respect, are always friendly and make conversation with us, and we always leave feeling much better than we did walking in (usually with a cold or a fever!). It's easy to make an appointment and every time our daughter was sick we've gotten in on the same day. We've seen a few of the pedi doctors, all have been just wonderful and kind and very knowledgeable. The front desk girls are sweethearts and are very patient-friendly. The place itself is very nice and has its own kid section with toys and books that my daughter just loves. I'd recommend this place any day.

Terrible Front Desk Staff. We took our son here here for over a year now. We liked it when we started, but things started going south every time we step in, Front desk people are very rude and treat you very bad. During our last visit my wife said "Our Vet's front desk treats our Dog better than this desk attendant Andra treats customers". That was the last time we went there and will never again. We had progressively worse experience with each visit. If you have other options, stay away from this clinic. I cant imagine they are having a hard time finding decent front desk help instead getting stuck with these incompetent people.

I hope they correct this before they will loose more people.
